Yes, you should use "[url=http://www.collectionstudio.com/en/help/col_document_options_fields.htm]Fields setup[/url]" from Collection Properties window, where for any field of the ComboBox type you can specify a list of predefined values: [img]http://www.collectionstudio.com/en/help/img/document_options_fields.png[/img] See, on the image, "Material" field has default list with "paper", "polymer", "tyvek" etc values.
