So the solution is:

If you know what is regedit and how work with it,

1. Close Collection Studio

2. Open HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\CollectionStudio.com\Collection Studio and delete the whole sub-section "List.1.38".

3. Double click on your collection studio document (with renamed custom field) or run CollectionStudio.exe with one additional parameter - your collection studio document (with renamed custom field).

The banknote data entry screen does not show the tabs and headings. If you click where they should be they resppond and take you to the correct place such as images, but still do not appear.

Whenever i click on year to view on main screen the program freezes.

I cannot read the options under the Price tab; again multiple things are loading in the same place.

The entire program is causing my computer to freeze multiple times and it makes using the program impossible.

Is this just a Windows Vista Compatibility issue?

Is it possible to post a link to the last update so i can revert back to a version that will work. I cannot use my saved files for the databases and have them work at any appreciable speed.

BUT if I save my database in the new version it will not reopen. Error messages appear. Lucky I have backups.

We have fixed all these two very important bugs. And new version of the Collection Studio 2.43 will be release today.

For all users: There are no critical errors in File Open functionality: all Collection Studio Documents created by CS 2.42 are readable by CS 2.43.
