Hi I have purchased a copy of the Collection Studio Software, however it crashes every time I try to export any format (txt, xls, XML, tab defined or CSV files). Why does it crash???

Please help.

Приложение аналогичным образом крашится, при попытке экспорта в любой из форматов, на win7x64 и на win8x64, в xp работает.
