I tried to download CS v3.55. After I installed it I was not able to launch the program. It starts and closes immediately. Version 3.54 did not have such a problem. I use Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bit on machine with AMD Tur X2 Ultra Dual-Core Mobile ZM-82 2.20 GHz.

It is a known problem of the CS 3.55, which is already fixed in CS 3.56. To start open your collection in CS 3.55 you should start it double clicking on the CollectionStudio icon instead of the double clicking on your collection file. Then, when CS starts without any collection, you can open your collection using "[url=/help/menu_file.htm]File Open[/url]" command in the main menu. Upgrading to version 3.56 did not solve the problem. Still cannot start CS and had to downgrade it to version 3.54.

It seems I met this problem since upgrading to 3.55 from 3.54. I was need to fully uninstall the CollectionStudio, then install 3.55. Try this way.
