Under every collectible (Banknote, Coins, etc) there are five custom fields to set up. If I call Custom Field Number 1 "Location" and save the file, when I view the information in the main screen on the right hand side (Banknotes for example), it gives me all the information, but "Location" does not appear, instead "Custom Field #1". Shouldn't the rename "Location" appear here instead?

Hi everybody. I'm a new registered user. I belong to an organisation that has a collection of First/Second/Vietnam wars memorabilia including, flags, books, posters, log books. pictures, swords, clothing, etc, etc. In setting up Collection Studio, should I have one database for flags, one for books, one for posters, etc (setting up a few custom) and switch between them as I enter data? Or is there a better way such as a pull down menu to do it for me automatically? Is there a walk-through on setting up a collection? The help menu explains all the tabs and buttons and how they work, but not a walk- through on the steps to follow to get up and running.
