I purchased your program (my order ID 3AZLA47-B83SGF), but instead of a registration key to mail it to me here is the error message:

My letter to you on the info@collectionstudio.com no response, so I am writing here. I do not like ignoring my emails after payment, I want moneback.

You should open billing page at regnow.com with your purchase, and press "refund". All processing is done on regnow.com web site, not on our developers side.
