Hi I have purchased a copy of the Collection Studio Software, however it crashes every time I try to import any XML, tab defined or common defined CSV files. Why does it crash???
I have even tried creating a few test entries, exporting them into CSV and XML files and then try to import them without changing anything and it still crashes.
Please help.

Thank you for the founded malfunction in the CollectionStudio. We will fix it as soon as possible.
It is very important functionality of the CS which should work always. => Newer version will be released during next week.

Hi,
I really need to this be fixed as I have a large tab defined txt file I need to import into CS. Is anybody else having the same problems.
