The size of the United States one-dollar bill (the most common denomination of U.S. currency) is approximately 6.14 x 2.61 in = 155.956 x 66.294 mm.

The first president, George Washington, painted by Gilbert Stuart, is currently featured on the obverse, while the Great Seal of the United States is featured on the reverse.
