Anyone know how to insert into the list of these states? To have the official flag.

Antarctica, Biafra, Dokdo Islands.

To add territories for already existing country into the database with assigned flag, you could easily modify following file in the install directory:

Flags\EnglishCountryFlags.ini

Just add new entry for each territory of the corresponding country. For example, when we want to see British flag for Northern Ireland, we should modify following section:

[Icon80]

Count=1

1=great britain

Into

[Icon80]

Count=2

1=great britain

2=Northern Ireland
